E-Learning; What are the next steps after failing SYC on 3 consecutive occasions? Follow
All learners will have 3 attempts to pass the Safeguarding Young Cricketers (SYC) assessment, attached to the SYC module. The assessment only becomes live once the module is completed.
If a learner fails all 3 attempts, they should seek the support of the Club Welfare Officer or the County Welfare Officer to discuss the issues and their understanding.
Once this is done, the County should then contact the ECB Coach Education Department (coach.education@ecb.co.uk) to confirm that the above conversation has taken place.
We will then be able to give the learner a final attempt to complete SYC assessment.
