County-wide user capabilities

The system capabilities and actions listed below apply to the following access levels: League Safeguarding Officer, County Champion, County Safeguarding Officer, CCB Staff.

1. Initiating applications for members of clubs within their County

2. Verify an applicant's ID (any Club/County)

3. Release emails that have not been sent

4. View "Overdue Applications" and manually send reminders

5. Search and view applications at the users location

6. See progress reports for applications at their location

7. Viewing of status history of applications

8. Editing of applicants Title, Gender, Name, DOB & email address; prior to application submission

9. Cancel DBS applications

10. Send activation links to approved ID Verifiers within the users location

11. Send password reset links to approved ID Verifiers within the users location

12. View details of users within the users location

13. View branches within the users location

14. View clubs without ID Verifiers within the users location

15. View clubs with ID Verifiers within the users location

16. View all ID Verifiers approved within the users location
