Remove requests for registered ID verifiers pending approval on hold

If you wish to remove a registered ID verifier pending approval (because, for example, they do not yet have a valid DBS themselves), this is very simple to do.

First make sure you have placed their verifier approval request on hold. Once you have done this, follow the steps below:

1. Click on the 'Administration' tab in the main menu and choose 'ID Verifier Management' from the drop down.

2. From the 'Registration and Approval Reports' menu, choose 'ID Verifier on hold'. You must click the blue, hyperlinked numerical figure to the right.

3. Next, tick the box next to the person you wish to remove the request for, then hit the 'Remove Request' button underneath.

You have now removed the ID Verifier approval request.
