Accept requests for registered ID verifiers pending approval

It is good practice to regularly check the ID Verifier Management report to see which verifiers you have pending approval. Follow the steps below to approve verifiers pending approval:

1. From the 'Administration' tab in the main menu, select 'ID Verifier Management'.

2. From the 'Registration and Approval Reports' select 'ID Verifiers pending approval'. In order to select this option, click on the blue hyperlinked number to the right.

3. Scroll down the list to find the person you are looking for, tick the box next to their name and click 'Accept request'.

You have now approved the person's request to become an ID Verifier. They will now receive an email to activate their account.
