CRM; Adding a 'New Organisation' Follow
Step One - Before adding a new organisation – ensure that it doesn’t exist currently. You do this by selecting ‘Organisations’ from the main menu:
Step Two- Click on Active Organisations from the dropdown list of system views> then search for your organisation
If your organisation doesn’t exist, then you can go ahead and create a new one (see below):
Step Three- To Create a new organisation - Click on New
Step Four- Complete the information and click on the disk icon in the bottom right of the screen to save the record.
