When an approved verifier has not yet activated their account, their user status will show as 'Pending User Activation'. In this instance, you can resend them their activation email if necessary.
1. Search the user in the system using 'Manage System Users' under the 'Administration' tab.
2. Next click on the green 'Available Actions' button and choose 'Resend Activation Email'.
3. Finally, check the recipient's email is correct and click 'proceed'.
