When an applicant has had an application initiated but the email was not sent out a user with Club Welfare Officer status can release the email.
In order to do this, follow the steps below:
1. When logged into the system, click on 'DBS Applications' and then 'Manage Pending Email Invitations' from the drop down.
2. Next, tick the box next to the relevant person, then click 'Send Email' to release the email.
