What are the rules around using WhatsApp groups to communicate information to young players and their parents?

A:

WhatsApp groups can be setup by clubs to communicate with members, however for under 18's the parent/s of each child MUST also be included in the group.

If a parent does not wish to be included in the group then their child must also be removed from the group.
