Facebook Complaints

We take steps, where possible, to remove comments that are either derogatory or spam on the page using the tools that Facebook provides us with. This is in some cases an incredibly manual process and with the resources we have available it takes time to go through the thousands of comments we receive each day. Facebook also provides you, the user, with tools to both hide and report comments directly to Facebook if you feel they are inappropriate. This method of reporting comments directly to Facebook is the most effective method of taking action.
