Do ECB endorse any external coaching qualifications?

No, ECB do not endorse or accept external coaching qualifications that are not part of the following pathway, or are not listed on the following document: https://ecbcs.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003112098-Qualification-Matrix-Supporting-Guide-October-2019

Current Coaching Qualifications as of 2021*:

• ECB Foundation I Coach
• ECB Certificate in Coaching Children’s Cricket / ECB Certificate in Coaching Young People & Adults’ Cricket (both are level 2 qualifications)
• ECB Advanced Coach (Level 3)
• ECB Specialist Coach (Level 4)

*Coach Support Worker (to be phased out by end of q2 2021) & it's replacement, ECB Support Coach, are for supporting coaches and do not qualify you to lead coaching sessions independently and
therefore you must be supervised by a qualified cricket coach.
