Once you are in the help centre, if you cannot find a supporting article to help you, you can use the ‘Contact Us’ button to get in touch with our team by clicking on the ‘Help’ button first (in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen), typing in your query and then clicking the 'Contact Us' blue button.
